A quick guide to import your files

Here's how you import files on your note-taking app
Get the digital files
Purchase through ivorydigitalhub.com
Upon confirmation of your purchase, an email will be sent to you, containing a download link. This link will grant you access to download the files associated with your purchase.
Purchase from Esty Shop
If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you'll see a "view your digital files now" link which goes to the download page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after checkout.
To access your digital file(s):
1. Go to You
Reviews & Purchases and look for the Ivory Digital Hub order.
To the right of the order, click "Download Files." This goes to the download page for all the files attached to your order.
Please note that, at this time files cannot be downloaded from the Etsy app. Please download the file from a web browser or use your computer for downloading.
Unzip the files
Prior to importing the file, it's important to be aware that some products in our collection are provided in compressed file formats. You will need to uncompress or unzip these files before proceeding with the import.
To unzip a file on Mac
Locate the zip file you want to unzip.
Double-click on the zip file. This action will automatically extract the contents into the same folder.
If the zip file contains multiple files or folders, they will be extracted into a new folder with the same name as the zip file.
To access the extracted files, simply open the new folder.
Alternatively, you can also unzip files using the built-in Archive Utility:
Right-click (or Control-click) on the zip file.
From the contextual menu, select "Open With" and then choose "Archive Utility."
If the zip file contains multiple files or folders, they will be extracted into a new folder with the same name as the zip file.
To access the extracted files, simply open the new folder.
Once the extraction is complete, the extracted files will be available in the same location as the zip file or in a new folder.
To unzip a file on Windows
Locate the zip file you want to unzip.
Right-click on the zip file.
From the context menu, select "Extract All..." This will open the "Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders" wizard.
Choose a destination folder where you want to extract the contents of the zip file. You can either use the default suggested location or browse to select a specific folder.
Check the box that says "Show extracted files when complete" if you want the extracted files to open automatically after extraction.
Click the "Extract" button to start the extraction process.
Wait for the wizard to complete the extraction. Once done, a new window will open displaying the extracted files or a new folder with the same name as the zip file will be created in the selected destination folder.
To unzip a file on iPad
Save the zip file in your iPad's "Files" app.
Locate the file and double-click on the zip file.
Once expanded, you will see a folder appear on the screen.
Please note that the availability and functionality of the Files app may vary depending on your iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version.
Import the files
From Mac(OS) to note-taking app
When downloading files on a Mac, the files are typically saved to the "Downloads" folder by default.
Steps:
Locate the file on your Mac that you want to transfer to your iPad.
On your Mac, right-click the file and select "Share" or "Send To" from the options.
Choose the Airdrop option and select your iPad from the list of available devices.
On your iPad, you will receive a notification to accept the Airdrop transfer. Tap "Accept" to proceed.
Once the file is successfully transferred, locate the file on your iPad.
Tap and hold the file until a menu appears.
Select "Open with" and choose "GoodNotes" or your preferred note-taking app from the options.
GoodNotes or your selected app will open, and the file will be imported as a new document.
If prompted, select "Import as New Document" to create a new notebook or document with the imported file.
From PC(Windows) to note-taking app
When downloading files on a Windows, the files are typically saved to the "Downloads" folder by default.
Steps:
Locate the file on your computer.
Upload the file to a cloud service such as Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox.
On your iPad, open the appropriate cloud drive app.
Find the uploaded file and tap on the "Three-Dot" icon in the upper-right corner.
In the drop-down menu, select "Open In" or a similar option.
Choose "Open in GoodNotes" (may vary depending on the cloud drive app you are using).
You will be directed to the GoodNotes app.
In GoodNotes, tap on the blue "Import as New Document" button to create a new notebook from the imported file.
From iPad to note-taking app
When downloading files on an iPad, you will be directed to a browser window after clicking on the download link. The file will typically save to the default download location on your iPad, which is usually the "Downloads" folder or a similar folder in your file management app.
Steps:
Locate the file you want to import on your iPad.
Tap the "Share" icon, usually located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Scroll down the sharing menu until you find the option "Open in GoodNotes" and tap on it.
GoodNotes app will open, and you will be prompted to import the file.
Tap on the blue "Import as New Document" button to create a new notebook or planner as a new document in GoodNotes.
