# Orders

## Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As our products are exclusively digital, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you and resolve any problems that may arise. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

## How will I receive my digital files?

You will receive an email with a download link after purchase. It is important that you input the correct email address when checking out. Please double-check that you have spelled your email correctly!

## I didn't receive my order confirmation or download.

This often happens if the e-mail address is misspelled at checkout. Please send a message via the Contact Form so I can double-check the issue for you and ensure that your files are delivered to you.

## Do you take custom orders?

I only accept small changes on your planners or notebook customizations.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://ivorydigitalhub.gitbook.io/ivorydigitalhub/help-center/orders.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
