Getting Started

Welcome to the IvoryDigitalPlanner 2024-2025 Midyear Digital Planner! This handbook is designed to guide you through the features and functionalities of your new digital planner, ensuring you make the most out of its capabilities. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and efficient planning experience.

Please note that this is a hyperlinked digital planner. Ensure "Read-Only mode" is enabled in GoodNotes. Tap the pen icon through it at the top right of the toolbar. Once it's on, the blue toolbar will disappear, allowing you to navigate through links freely.

Table of Contents

In your new 24/25 mid-year planner, I've added a table of contents that lets you click to go directly to different pages. This PDF bookmark makes it easy to navigate the document, saving you from scrolling through many pages and making it more efficient to use.

PDF bookmarks work in applications by providing a clickable table of contents that allows you to quickly navigate to different sections of the document.

Calendar Integration

Our 2024-25 Midyear Planners are integrated with Apple Calendar/Reminders and Google Calendar.

Please note that while you can easily add events and information from your digital planner to these apps using the shortcut features, the apps, and the planner do not sync.

For the integration planner, you'll see a mini calendar icon with a "+" symbol on the first tab of the yearly/monthly templates. Clicking on this icon will open a shortcut pop-up, allowing you to add an event or reminder to the app

Weekly Templates

The planner offers two different starting formats: one beginning with Sunday and the other with Monday for the week. Both starting formats include an initial weekly layout called Classic, with options to switch between two additional weekly pages (Freestyle and Schedule) within the planner. Additionally, you can select between a classic daily page, dotted, or grid format.

Classic Layout:

This layout provides a clear and organized visual representation of your schedule, allowing you to easily see planned activities for each day at a glance. It's ideal for users who prefer a structured and visually intuitive schedule.

The classic layout is my favorite choice for those who appreciate a structured and visually clear schedule.

The Freestyle Layout

The freestyle layout is specifically tailored for individuals who enjoy expressing their creativity through drawing, engaging in mini-journaling, or embracing a minimalist approach to their weekly pages.

This layout provides the perfect canvas for you to unleash your artistic talents, jot down meaningful snippets, or keep things simple and clutter-free. Whether you prefer sketching, doodling, or capturing brief moments in your journal, the freestyle layout offers you the flexibility and freedom to personalize your planner according to your unique preferences.

Embrace this layout and let your imagination run wild as you create a planner that truly reflects your individual style.

Scheduled Layout

This layout is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, with an hourly schedule that runs from 5 am to 11pm prominently displayed on the left side. This makes it easy to quickly reference the schedule and plan your week accordingly.

Whether you're a busy professional, a student, or just someone looking to stay organized, this layout has everything you need to stay on top of your schedule and make the most of your time.

Daily Page

The planner is available in two different starting formats, with either a Sunday or Monday start for the week.

Both the Sunday and Monday starts offer three different daily layouts.
